Because we know that some of you buy models on a regular basis, we operate a loyalty scheme that will enable you to benefit from preferential buying terms.

Once you have purchased items for a total value of 600 euros (except port and purchase of showcase) from our site, we will send you a 50 euros voucher towards your next order.

The total value of all your purchases on our site is shown on each of the invoices we send out together with the items you order from us.

There is also no delivery charge on orders of more than 150 euros (Metropolitan France only).

Delivery charges and time delivery

Delivery rates and time delivery (you should add time delivery to the availability / lead times shown below) are the following :

There is no delivery fee for orders over 150 euros destined for France.

If you order several items and if one or several are not available, we propose you, with an additional cost of 2 euros, 2 sending : Whatever is available is dispatched immediately. The rest will be sent later.
We can offer this service only for France and only for the payments by credit card. For the other countries and for other modes of payment, we dispatch only the complete orders.

Items that are available for pre-ordering can normally be delivered within a month. However, we cannot account for the manufacturers’ production schedules and it is sometimes possible that a given item be delivered with some delay.

Availability

We aims to offer the widest possible choice of models on the market. However, it is impossible for us to stock all the models we sell. Those we have in stock are available immediately. For the others, we depend on the manufacturers’ lead times and stocks.

We indicate 3 levels of availability depending on the state of our stock and the manufacturers’ lead times:

in stock : forwarding is made the following day or at the latest in the 6 days if the arrival of other models makes it possible to complete your order

1 to 3 weeks

4 weeks and over

These time scales are purely indicative and can change depending on the availability at the manufacturers. We promise to keep you informed of any delays in excess of the stated delivery deadline.

Package, return and revocation

We package any items ordered with the greatest care, using boxes that are suited to the place of delivery and bubble wrap to absorb any impacts.

If your package was personally delivered by a haulage company, you should enter any reservations you may have in writing on the delivery note upon delivery. In any event, you should let us know of any problems within 3 days of receipt of delivery. We will then immediately provide you with a returns number that you may use to send the damaged package back to us. We will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible. All the costs incurred will be borne by us.

Revocation : you have 7 working days from the day you received your order to change your mind and cancel it. The items must be returned in perfect condition, as they were when delivered by Speed-Model. You should contact us beforehand to obtain a returns number. You can then opt for a credit note or a refund, which will be provided within 30 days.

Method of payment

You can pay by credit or debit card in euros, US dollars, Pounds Sterling and Swiss francs. You can also pay by bank transfer. The option of payment by cheque is available only to holders of a French bank account held in euros.

Speed-Model guarantees you the highest level of security when placing your order. Your payment details will be encrypted and transmitted directly to our bank, CIC, over a secure connection. Speed-Model guarantees that you can purchase goods on this site risk free and with total peace of mind.

You will automatically be sent an invoice with each order.

cashing

For security, we debits your credit or debit card when you place your order. If unusually a model could not be delivered to you, a credit or a refund for the value of this model will be offered to you.

TAX

There are no nasty surprises : all our prices are quoted inclusive of tax , such as French VAT at 19.6%. For sales outside the EU, we discount the VAT at 19.6% since such sales are tax free. However, each country or State has its own rules and the recipient of the items ordered should check whether he needs to pay any taxes or customs duty.

Delivery address can be different from your billing address. In such a case we do not enclose an invoice with the items ordered. We can also provide you with a gift-wrapping service should you require this.

Rest assured, we neither sells nor leases its clients’ e-mail addresses and personal information.
